By booking services with Local Pros Cleaning, LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide residential cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Pricing is based on the information provided by the client and may change if the condition or scope differs.
2. Payment
- Payment is required prior to service to confirm booking.
- Accepted payment methods include Square invoice or payment link.
- Failed or returned payments may result in additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 fee.
- No-shows or inability to access the property may be charged up to the full service cost.
4. Access to Home
Client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If cleaners cannot access the home, a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:
- Notify us within 24 hours.
- We will address the issue at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed. At our discretion, we may offer a re-clean or partial refund basedon the situation.
6. Breakage & Damage
While we take great care, accidents may happen.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
- Liability is limited to repair or replacement cost.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
7. Safety & Valuables
Clients should secure:
- Valuables.
- Fragile items.
- Cash and personal documents.
8. Pets
Please inform us of pets prior to service. Pets must not interfere with cleaning.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:
- Unsafe conditions.
- Aggressive behavior.
- Unsanitary or hazardous environments.
10. Independent Cleaners
We coordinate services using vetted independent cleaning professionals. Local Pros Cleaning LLC manages scheduling, pricing, and quality standards.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
12. Acceptance
Booking a service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
