Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning ensures a property is fully cleaned and ready for new occupants, focusing on empty or near-empty homes.

Full Property Reset Cleaning
All Areas
- Clean ALL accessible surfaces thoroughly
- Clean inside closets and shelving
- Wipe baseboards throughout home
- Clean doors, frames, and handles
- Remove visible dust buildup from corners
Kitchen (Full Reset)
- Clean inside AND outside:
- Refrigerator
- Oven (light interior clean unless add-on)
- Cabinets and drawers
- Clean inside microwave
- Fully wipe countertops and backsplash
- Clean sink and polish fixtures
Bathrooms (Full Reset)
- Deep clean and sanitize all surfaces
- Remove buildup from shower/tub
- Clean cabinets and drawers (inside if empty)
- Clean base of toilet and surrounding area
Floors
- Thorough vacuuming
- Full mopping (edges included)
